Please see below for an update on the recent outage affecting our back‑end ERP system (Pronto).

We can now confirm that no Eagle Sports customer data was breached or leaked as a result of this incident. From a privacy and data‑security standpoint, there are no ongoing issues.

Our system provider is now in the process of restoring the ERP system from backup. Until this restoration is complete, we will continue operating on manual processes.

What this means currently:

  • Orders can still be placed online and are being processed
  • ⚠️ We are temporarily unable to:
    • Generate invoices for shipments made last week
    • Access customer account data or sales history
    • Provide live stock level updates on the website

We expect the system to be restored over the coming days and will notify you as soon as it is back online.

Once restored, our team will be diverting all available resources to bringing systems and operations fully back up to speed.

During this period, you may experience some short‑term order delays.

When invoicing resumes, we kindly ask that you double‑check all invoices generated. If you identify any issues, please let us know as soon as possible so we can rectify them promptly.
