RUCK BAG WITH HANDLE BLUE

The Ruck Bag is an excellent training tool with loads of versatility.

Using a ruck bag allows the player to practice their craft by jumping into the bag and using the leverage to elevate the knee into the bag.

Both the holder and player are protected thanks to the soft density foam core, and the included handle provides a secure and comfortable hold.
